Most of what you see on this site is © Nifty Wish List. That includes all the user-entered content, comments, messages, text, interface design, interactivity, methods, data, code, styles, graphics, and so forth. Due to the nature of the app, you're going to see a lot of trademarked product names and company names in people's lists ... those are obviously © and ™ their respective owners. Nifty makes no effort whatsoever to enforce attribution. Presumably all photos uploaded to this site are royalty-free and copyright-free, and by uploading them the user gives Nifty unlimited license to use said images in perpetuity for any purpose.
If you see any content up here that violates a copyright or trademark you own, and you seriously object to it being displayed here at Nifty, have your lawyer send a C+D to us at this address with all the pertinent details and it'll be changed or removed promptly.
