I will not add content that would be deemed unacceptable by a moral and ethical society; this includes content that is racist, sexist, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, misleading, illegal, deceptive, contradictory, disproportionate, incongruous, inconsequential, paradoxical, heretical, hypocritical, disloyal, perjured, treacherous, fraudulent, counterfeit, evasive, or apocalyptic.
  3. I will not use Nifty as a platform for commercial marketing.
  4. I will not attempt to break the app in any way or use it the way it's not supposed to be used.
  5. I will not hold Nifty liable or responsible for any loss resulting from the use of this application or its data.
  6. I will not send robots scraping around the site, and I will not republish anything I find at Nifty.
  7. I will not use automated tools to flood the site with an unreasonable volume of traffic. Anyone who hammers Nifty or its API with too many requests will get banned and ignored.

Any violation of these terms will result in appropriate action, including but not limited to: membership suspension, IP banning, and litigation.
